Pharmaceutical Grade Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate USP.

Regular bathing in Epsom Salt can be beneficial and:

• Aids recovery after strenuous exercise.
• Helps reduce muscle pain.
• Helps to replace magnesium levels in your body.
• Helps relieve stress.

Add approximately 2 cups to a warm bath.

Soak for 15 minutes.
