Overview

At Sports Recovery Systems, we take pride in ensuring your order arrives quickly and safely. We maintain live inventory on all products in our warehouse and dispatch orders using express or priority shipping options available during checkout.

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse on the same day or the next business day, Tuesday to Friday. You will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping rates and service

We use Australia Post Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Australia. A flat express shipping fee applies to all orders:

  • Australia Post Express Shipping (Nationwide): $39.90

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Orders are shipped to residential, business, and PO Box addresses. However, we may request a physical address if delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Collect location is not practical or cost-effective.

Delivery timeframes

  • Orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Same-day dispatch applies for in-stock items placed before the daily cut-off time.
  • Delivery times vary by location. Most metro orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

All lead times are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS depending on your chosen contact method at checkout. You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery status directly with Australia Post.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely. However, Sports Recovery Systems is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once your order has been handed to Australia Post or another carrier. If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
