About Replay
What is the Replay ice compression system
Replay is a portable unit that applies cold and compression at the same time. It is made to calm swelling, ease pain, and support faster recovery after sport, training, or daily activity.
How does it work
The unit circulates cold water through a soft wrap and applies gentle air pressure. Cold limits local blood flow while compression helps move fluid away from the area. Together they can reduce swelling and soreness.
What is included in the box
A Replay ice compression unit comes with its power cable and at least one wrap, depending on the product you choose. No external air pump is required. Some bundles also include a carry bag or extra wraps. Please check the product page for the full list of what is included with your order.
Using Replay
How long should a session last
Most sessions run for 15 to 20 minutes. You can repeat sessions during the day as needed. Always stop if you feel discomfort and follow advice from your health professional.
How often can I use it
Daily use is common for active people and athletes. Use shorter sessions more often rather than one long session. Leave skin to warm back to normal between sessions.
Does it need ice
You can use cold water with ice packs or ice cubes to reach a colder temperature. Replace water and ice as needed to keep a steady cold level during longer use.
What compression level should I choose
Start low and increase until the wrap feels snug but still comfortable. You should never feel pain or numbness. Release pressure at once if you feel pins and needles.
Wraps and sizing
Which wrap should I choose
Choose the wrap that matches the area you want to treat, for example knee, ankle, shoulder, hip, back, or thigh. Each wrap is shaped for that body part and has adjustable straps for a secure fit.
Will the wraps fit different sizes
Yes. Each wrap has wide straps with hook and loop fastening to fit a range of sizes. If you are between sizes or have a question, contact us and we can guide you.
Can I use more than one wrap with one unit
Yes. You can switch wraps on the same unit. Allow time for the skin to warm, then change to the next area and start a new session.
Care and cleaning
How do I clean the wraps
Wipe the wrap surface with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Let it air dry fully before storage.
How do I clean the unit
Empty the water after use and wipe the unit shell with a soft cloth. Do not submerge the unit or allow water to enter the power port.
How long does the battery last
Typical run time is up to three hours per charge at moderate settings. This can vary with temperature, pressure level, and the size of the wrap.
Shipping and delivery in Australia
When do you dispatch orders
We dispatch orders the same day or the next business day, Tuesday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
How fast is delivery
Orders leave our Sydney warehouse. Delivery times depend on the destination. You will receive tracking by email or SMS once the order has shipped.
What shipping service and price do you offer
We offer Australia Post Express Shipping Australia wide at $39.90. The rate appears at checkout.
Do weekends count toward delivery time
No. All lead times are based on business days from Tuesday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Where do orders ship from
All orders dispatch from our Sydney warehouse. Tracking details are sent when your order leaves our warehouse.
Can you ship to a PO Box or Parcel Collect
We may ask for a physical street address if we cannot post to a PO Box or Parcel Collect in a timely or cost effective way.
Can I change my address after placing an order
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not left our warehouse we can update the address. If it has shipped we can try to help with a redirect which may add time.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged
Sports Recovery Systems does not accept accountability for lost, damaged, or stolen orders. If there is a problem please contact us and we will assist where we can.

What payment methods do you accept
We accept major cards and popular digital payment options at checkout. All payments are processed over a secure connection.
Will I receive a tax invoice
Yes. A tax invoice is emailed after purchase. If you need the invoice again, contact us and we will resend it.
Can clubs or clinics place larger orders
Yes. We support team and clinic orders. Contact us for stock checks, quotes, and advice on wrap selection for your athletes or clients.
Returns and warranty
What is your returns policy
You can return unused items within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in original condition with all parts. Please contact us for a return authorisation before sending anything back.
Is there a warranty
Yes. The unit is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will help with a repair or replacement in line with Australian consumer law.
Holiday and Black Friday
What are the delivery cut off dates for gifts
We publish seasonal cut offs on our Shipping page each year. As a guide, metro orders placed by the end of the first week of December usually arrive before the holidays. Please check the live dates on our Shipping page before you order.

Is ice compression safe for everyone
Most healthy adults can use ice compression safely. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. People with reduced sensation, poor circulation, or medical conditions should speak to a health professional before use.
What care steps are advised for soft tissue injuries
Current sports medicine advice supports the PEACE and LOVE approach. In the early stage focus on protection, elevation, compression, and education. In the later stage add gradual loading, light aerobic work, and guided exercise. Always follow advice from a qualified clinician.
