Important product and channel requirements
Replay MED follows a clinician-led supply model. Resellers must use approved claims and marketing material and must not provide medical advice unless appropriately qualified.
Frequently asked questions
Is this employment or commission-based?
No. Authorised resellers operate their own independent businesses. SRS does not provide wages, employee benefits or guaranteed income.
Is this a commission-based role?
No. This is not a commission-based role. Resellers purchase Replay MED at approved wholesale pricing from SRS and generate profit through their resale margin.
Do I have to purchase bulk stock?
No. You may order systems as you sell them or purchase bulk stock, subject to the current wholesale order terms.
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no program joining fee. You are responsible for your own normal business and selling expenses.
Can I choose my selling price?
Yes. The recommended retail price is a guideline only. You may sell below it, but you must not exceed the current maximum retail price.
Does SRS provide leads?
Resellers are expected to develop and manage their own accounts. Any SRS-provided opportunity will be handled under the lead-allocation rules in the Reseller Agreement.
Do I need medical qualifications?
No. However, you must complete product training and stay within the permitted sales role. You cannot provide medical advice unless appropriately qualified.
Can I create my own marketing material?
You may use material supplied by SRS. New or changed material that refers to Replay MED must be submitted to SRS for approval before publication.
Is CRM usage required?
Yes. A CRM system is required for account registration, sales tracking, order planning and reseller management.
Are territories exclusive?
Account coverage and any territory arrangements are confirmed during the approval process and recorded in the Reseller Agreement.
Can I sell directly to patients?
Replay MED must remain within its approved clinician-led supply model. It is not available for unrestricted general-public purchase.
