Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Sports Recovery Systems Support Elliot Fagan Campaign ("Campaign"), conducted by Sports Recovery Systems Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of Australia only.
  • Participants must be aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, agents, and affiliates of Sports Recovery Systems and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign begins at 12:00am AEST on 17 June 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 7 July 2025. Donations received outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

  • Make a donation of $75 AUD or more to Achilles Sydney via this GiveEasy campaign page.
  • Each $75 donation counts as one (1) entry into the prize draw.
  • There is no maximum number of entries per person. Each qualifying donation equals one entry.
  • Donations must be made through the specified GiveEasy campaign page to be valid.
  • Purchasing a product from Sports Recovery Systems is not required to enter.

5. Entry Verification

Participants may be required to provide a valid donation receipt issued by GiveEasy as proof of eligibility. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, unverifiable, or suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Prizes

  • 1 x Complete Recovery Pack – includes a Replay Pro, carry bag, and wrap
  • 5 x Roller Bottles – one per winner
  • 1 x 40% Off Voucher – valid for one use on a future Replay Pro purchase

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Prize Draw and Notification

  • The prize draw will take place on 9 July 2025 at 12:00pm AEST.
  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days.
  • If a winner does not respond within seven (7) business days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. Shipping

  • Prizes will be shipped at no cost to an Australian address only.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.

9. Privacy

  • We collect contact information to administer the Campaign and notify winners.
  • We do not collect or store payment information. Donations are processed securely by GiveEasy.
  • All personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Technical issues or system failures
  • Late, lost, or failed entries
  • Shipping issues or third-party platform errors

11. General

  • This Campaign is not sponsored or managed by Achilles Sydney or GiveEasy.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Campaign at any time.
  • All decisions made by Sports Recovery Systems are final.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
